Job Details Serve as a trusted tax advisor for individuals, partnerships, corporations, nonprofits, and trusts, providing tax planning and business advisory services. Manage client relationships while working closely with Partners, with the opportunity to transition into managing an established client portfolio and growing your own book of business. Review complex tax returns, provide technical guidance to preparers, and prepare returns as needed. Mentor and oversee two Tax Associates while collaborating within a team of Partners, Managers, and Staff to deliver exceptional client service. Support business development initiatives, resolve tax notices and audits, and stay current on evolving tax regulations and technical matters. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or Accounting minor at minimum). 5 years of public accounting tax experience. CPA preferred; Enrolled Agent (EA) required at minimum. Prior experience reviewing tax returns and leading or mentoring staff. Strong client relationship, communication, and technical tax skills. Interested in hearing more?
