What You'll Do: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements. Conduct account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies. Manage AR & AP Process Assist payroll with weekly audits. Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with securities law. Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders. Undertake special projects as requested by the leadership team. Associate or higher degree in Accounting or a related field Two or more years of experience in Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, A/R, A/P, Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including double-entry bookkeeping. Proficiency in financial report writing and analysis. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and variances. Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online Advanced, Excel, and various MS 0365 Applications Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis. Why Join WSi Healthcare Personnel?
