This is a key role for someone who enjoys balancing client leadership, technical tax work, and team development, with strong visibility to firm leadership and long-term advancement opportunities. What You’ll Do Lead and manage multiple tax engagements from planning through delivery Review complex federal, state, and local tax filings and multi-year projections Provide tax compliance and strategic planning services to a diverse client portfolio Manage engagement economics, including budgets, timelines, and realization Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned clients Drive efficiencies by improving tax processes, workflows, and best practices Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to firm quality standards Assist with internal trainings, technical updates, and CPE support Participate in special projects, growth initiatives, and business development efforts What We’re Looking For 5-10 years of public accounting experience with a concentration in tax Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree a plus Active CPA license Experience with industry-standard tax and accounting software Strong Excel skills and comfort with Microsoft Office tools Ideal Background & Style Confident, professional client presence with strong communication skills Proactive mindset with the ability to think strategically and independently Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring and leading others Individual looking for a long term career in a professional, busy office Interested in hearing more?
