You’ll work closely with partners, seniors, and associates to manage workflow, resolve technical issues, and identify opportunities to better serve clients. Key responsibilities include: Managing and reviewing federal and state income tax returns for: Individuals Partnerships and other pass-through entities Corporations Trusts and estates Reviewing property tax returns and other non-income tax filings Preparing and reviewing tax projections and consultative deliverables Communicating engagement status, risks, and solutions to partners Building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding clients’ businesses and industries Staying current on tax law changes and applying them thoughtfully to client situations Leading, mentoring, and developing Tax Seniors and Associates Facilitating and participating in internal training and knowledge sharing Qualifications 6 years of current or recent public accounting tax experience Active CPA license required Strong working knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations Demonstrated tax research experience Experience with tax and engagement software preferred (including CCH Axcess Tax, CaseWare Engagement, and GoFileRoom) Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively Interested in hearing more?
