As Team Lead – Invoice Processing Services, based in our Szczecin city centre office, you will ensure smooth, compliant and efficient invoice processing while supporting finance transformation and continuous improvement.
You will lead a dedicated team within Global Shared Services, combining a people‑focused leadership style with operational ownership and close collaboration with stakeholders across the business.
Your role and impact
In this role, you will combine hands‑on operational leadership with strategic contribution. You will ensure high‑quality service delivery aligned with KPIs and compliance requirements, while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement. At the same time, you will be actively involved in finance transformation initiatives, helping shape future ways of working.
