The work is complex, the visibility is high, and the equity is real. Job Details The Role Remote | DFW-based candidates strongly preferred Technical Accounting — Research and document complex accounting matters (leases, equity, SBC, revenue recognition), prepare technical memos, monitor new FASB/SEC standards SEC Reporting — Support 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy filings; coordinate with auditors and legal; assist with XBRL tagging and earnings releases Corporate Accounting — Support monthly/quarterly close, reconciliations, SOX control environment, and process improvement initiatives Must-Haves CPA — active, required Big 4 background — required 5–8 years of progressive experience including public accounting and industry Hands-on SEC filing experience at a public company Strong Differentiators IPO or first-year public company reporting experience Energy, infrastructure, or real estate / capital-intensive industry background Complex equity, warrant, or SBC accounting exposure Compensation Competitive base annual bonus public company equity Interested in hearing more?
