Monitor and report on compliance-related issues, including preparing documentation for regulators and senior management. Requirements 10 years of Compliance experience within Capital Markets or Investment Banking. Strong expertise in Equity Research Compliance, Control Room, and Information Barrier regulations. Deep knowledge of SEC, FINRA, MNPI, Regulation M, and Research Analyst rules. Experience advising business stakeholders on wall crossings, restricted lists, and sensitive information. Proven ability to manage regulatory risk and support fast-paced business environments.
