Job Details Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Temporary Controller to support both the Corporate and Project Accounting teams during a key leadership transition. In this highly visible role, you will oversee a variety of accounting functions including property accounting, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, lease accounting, development accounting, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact within a collaborative commercial real estate organization. Key Responsibilities: Support corporate and property accounting operations. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Review and oversee CAM reconciliations and lease accounting. Support development accounting and project-related financial activities. Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Partner with accounting leadership on special projects and process improvements. Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies. Provide general Controller-level support across multiple accounting functions.
