This role is responsible for managing the company's daily cash activities, monitoring liquidity, overseeing accounts receivable, and ensuring timely cash collections and accurate financial reporting. Job Details Key Responsibilities Treasury Management Manage daily cash positioning across multiple bank accounts. Monitor cash balances and liquidity needs to ensure adequate funding for operations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash forecasts. Execute wire transfers, ACH payments, and internal fund transfers. Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Maintain relationships with banking partners and treasury service providers. Assist with debt compliance reporting and borrowing base requirements, as applicable. Recommend and implement improvements to cash management processes and internal controls. Accounts Receivable Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, cash application, and collections. Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies. Process customer payments and ensure timely application of cash receipts. Prepare AR aging reports and communicate collection status to management. Partner with operations and sales teams to resolve customer billing issues. Assist with month-end close activities related to receivables and cash. Accounting & Reporting Prepare journal entries related to treasury and accounts receivable activities. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Assist with external audits by providing supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls. Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as requested. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3-7 years of accounting experience with a strong emphasis on treasury and cash management. Experience managing accounts receivable and commercial collections. Prior experience in the oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive industries is preferred. Strong understanding of cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, and liquidity management. Knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles. Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial analysis. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with multiple legal entities and bank accounts. Familiarity with treasury management systems. Experience in commodity-based or project-driven businesses.
