What you can look forward to as HR and admin Generalist:

  • Execute all HR transactions and administrative processes, including: Payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • HRIS Maintenance, regularly input and update employee data in the HRIS system, including personal information, contract terms, and benefits details.
  • Policy Compliance and Implementation, define and implement internal HR practices that align with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives,support the planning, coordination, and execution of HR projects such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance management initiatives.
  • Ad-Hoc Administrative Operations Support, provide support for general office administrative tasks, and coordination office events, and training sessions.


Your Profile as HR and admin Generalist

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (HRM) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Proven track record in handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Skills Preferred: Multi-Tasking, Problem-Solving, Detail-Oriented, Interpersonal Skills, Relationship Buildin
