Accounting Associate - Onsite

A fast-growing industrial/manufacturing organization is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join its finance team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an immediate hiring need for a hands-on accounting professional who can contribute from day one across Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable while bringing process knowledge and best practices. Client Details Our client is a rapidly expanding industrial business experiencing significant growth. Description Process Accounts Receivable transactions Support invoicing activities and cash application Manage Accounts Payable processing and vendor payments Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records Enter and maintain financial data within ERP systems Assist with month-end accounting tasks Identify and recommend accounting process improvements Ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures Support knowledge transfer and implementation of best practices Profile Required: Minimum 2 years of accounting experience Hands-on experience in both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and training Experience processing invoices, payments, and customer receipts Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment Ability to quickly learn company processes and contribute immediately Highly Preferred: Oracle NetSuite experience Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial environments Ability to recommend and implement accounting best practices Experience supporting a lean accounting team Job Offer Temp-to-perm opportunity Immediate start opportunity Stable daytime schedule (approximately 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) Opportunity to help build accounting processes during a high-growth phase Direct exposure to leadership within a lean organization 40 hour work week; onsite work opportunity MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
