We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, payroll, financial reporting, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate with solid understanding of GST, TDS, and financial reporting, along with the ability to streamline administrative processes and ensure timely execution of recurring and annual financial obligations.

Any graduation , -B.Com in Commerce , -B.B.A in Management
Prepare GSTR-1 calculation and file all tax invoices monthly
Prepare GSTR-3B calculation, make payment, and claim ITC
Verify 26AS and check TDS deducted from clients for filing
Prepare monthly TDS calculation and process payment
Manage monthly payroll including updating NIPL attendance, incentive calculation, leave tracking, payroll sheet, HRIS, and recruiter incentives
Prepare weekly bill payments list and track payments
Download bank statements and update bank and credit card transaction sheets
Update summary sheet of bank and credit card transactions
File quarterly TDS returns
Make day-to-day Tally entries including GST, TDS, sales invoices, and ITC returns
Prepare TDS calculation for Director monthly
Update monthly Profit & Loss and billing sheet
Update monthly cash flow statement
Generate invoices for Neemtree and Klimb
Update financial analysis and cash flow projection
Prepare and share salary slips with employees
Update monthly leave balance sheet
Prepare agreements, order forms, proforma invoices, and proposals
Update equity investment sheet and track external and director-level investments and loans
Track and update company and director loan sheets including home EMI and BOI LAP loan
Process Jio verification quarterly
Record attendance regularly
Update payment receivable board
Update accounts and admin recurring tasks board
Track auto payments
Update billing sheet of Neemtree
Process weekly auto and manual payments
Check CEO's inbox and clear emails
Update billing sheet of Neemtree and Klimb sales analysis
Update reimbursement sheet and petty cash sheet
Prepare PTEC calculation and process payment annually
Prepare PTRC calculation and process payment annually
File income tax returns for CEO and Director annually
Prepare annual balance sheet
Renew ISO certificate of Klimb
Renew LUT certificate of Neemtree
File GSTR-9 annually
Prepare yearly reimbursement sheet and update Tally entries
Prepare provisional balance sheet and MIS
Assist in company audit, AOC, and ROC filings
Prepare employee summary sheet of PT deducted and tax paid for Form 16
Prepare ROC filing sheet and process MGT-7 fees
Schedule regular services at CEO's home (AC, washing machine, water filter, pest control, car PUC)
Print invoices, documents, agreements, and courier as required
Prepare cheque for petty cash and other expenses and track withdrawals.
Tally ERP , GST Compliance , Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) , Payroll Management , Bank Reconciliation , Statutory Compliances , Invoice Processing , Financial Data Management , Office Administration , payment handling
6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and administration
Proficient in GST, TDS, payroll processing, and Tally ERP
Strong working knowledge for reports and reconciliations
Detail-oriented with accuracy in data entry and statutory compliance
Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently
