Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a distribution company in Chatsworth, CA. Location: Chatsworth, CA (Onsite) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Payrate: $25 - $30/hour Responsibilities Post and apply customer payments to Accounts Receivable in NetSuite Perform cash application accurately and efficiently Utilize Excel extensively to reconcile and organize AR data Support the accounting team with AR-related tasks as needed Requirements 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience Strong cash application/payment posting experience NetSuite experience is a strong plus Advanced Excel skills required, including: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills Available to start immediately Please submit your resume for immediate consideration!
