The Accounts Receivables Manager will oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reporting. This role in the retail industry requires expertise in accounting and finance to support the organization's financial operations. With a strong focus on operational efficiency, it offers a stable and rewarding work environment for its team members Description Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. Experience with Big Box clients Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and address any payment discrepancies. Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounts receivable systems and tools. Provide leadership and guidance to team members within the accounting and finance department. Support the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable for management review. Profile A successful Accounts Receivables Manager should have: A solid background in accounting and finance, with a focus on accounts receivable processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address financial issues effectively. Proficiency with accounting software (netsuite) and other tools and portals. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams professionally. A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in financial records and reporting.
