Job Description:

Telecalling:

1. Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential clients to promote our transportation services and generate leads.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing information about services, and resolving complaints or issues.
3. Maintain a database of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and feedback.
4. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to the company's growth.

GST Executive:

1. Assist in GST compliance activities including registration, filing returns, and maintaining records as per regulatory requirements.
2. Stay updated on GST laws, rules, and regulations to ensure adherence and compliance.
3. Prepare and submit GST returns accurately and within stipulated deadlines.
4. Respond to GST-related queries from internal stakeholders and external authorities.
5. Coordinate with the finance and accounting team to reconcile GST transactions and resolve discrepancies.
