Audit Quality Assurance & Improvement Administrator

Job Description * Write and update audit methodologies, manuals and operational procedures * Align internal workflows with the latest professional auditing standards * Conduct periodic self-assessments of internal audit activity * Evaluate audit files for workpaper sufficiency and conformance with the IIA Standards * Identify gaps in audit execution, documentation and reporting * Report QAIP metrics and improvement trends to senior management * Regular and predictable attendance and predictability * Other duties as required Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time * Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery * Ability to lift up to 10 pounds FNBT is an equal opportunity employer.
