Finance Business Partner

We are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner position on behalf of our FMCG client. This role will involve joining their dynamic team and concentrating on Travel Retail operations in South East Asia and the Middle East & Africa markets. As a vital team member, you will work closely with the commercial team to enhance financial performance and achieve profit and loss objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute budgets, forecasts, and customer plans in alignment with planning cycles.
• Monitor P&L performance across channels, markets, and brands, providing insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process enhancements and strategic initiatives.
• Support pricing reviews and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Promote financial awareness and drive process improvements within the commercial team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; industry certification preferred.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, analytics, and business reporting.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering business solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities across diverse geographies.
