Job Summary:


We are seeking a results-driven and strategically-minded Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. This role goes beyond traditional finance functions—the ideal candidate will not only manage the financial operations but also provide insights that contribute to strategic decision-making and business growth. You’ll be expected to take ownership of financial planning, reporting, and analysis while acting as a key partner to the leadership team.





Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statement
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, including detailed variance analysis and performance tracking.
  • Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support decision-making.
  • Maintain healthy cash flow and liquidity management, ensuring financial stability and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic business partner by supporting internal stakeholders with data-driven financial insights.
  • Handle client-facing financial discussions confidently, presenting analysis and recommendations clearly and professionally.
  • Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and accounting standards.
  • Drive the enhancement of finance processes, systems, and reporting tools for greater accuracy and efficiency.
  • Advise senior leadership on financial strategy, long-term planning, and growth opportunities.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the IT or tech services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail and trends.
  • Confident in handling client interactions, presenting financial findings, and participating in strategy discussions.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and business operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
