Introduction

Exciting opportunity for strong Administrator with financial experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Experience doing rebate calculations and reconciliations non-negotiable.
  • Strong administrative background and the ability to manage daily office operations efficiently.
  • Retail or FMCG industry experience; experience in the beverage industry is a plus
  • Proficiency with Zoho CRM for updating records, tracking customer interactions, and supporting workflow processes
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work from the Midrand office Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00, with availability for occasional weekends and public holidays when required
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic

Desired Experience & Qualification

Experience doing rebate calculations and reconciliations non-negotiable.

Intermediate to advanced Excel.

Retail or FMCG experience required.

Package & Remuneration
