Financial Analyst

Candidates must be located near New York office. Work will require some travel to sites within New York. Position Summary The Financial Analyst – Real Estate (Consumer Group)& Occupancy Costs is responsible for analyzing, forecasting, and reporting lease, construction, and occupancy expenses across a portfolio of Company Retail Stores and Expert corporate office locations. This role partners closely with Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Real Estate, Construction, Facilities Management, Accounting, Finance, and Executive Leadership to provide actionable financial insights, ensure accurate capital and expense forecasting and reporting, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong financial analysis skills with experience interpreting profit and loss statements, managing large datasets, and developing executive-level reporting and dashboards.
