An excavation company and a modular home retail company are looking for a Financial Controller for both companies.  This individual must be highly motivated and organized, meticulous with details, responsible, respectful, and willing to learn.

Key elements:

·        Reconcile and manage finances in Quickbooks

·        Confirm that Quickbooks and ban accounts are balanced

·        Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports

·        Provide excellent written and verbal communications

·        Record and pay state sales tax

·        Report payroll hours to payroll company
