What You’ll Do:
As an ISC Sales & Service Representative, you’ll provide outstanding phone and digital support to both new and existing clients. You’ll assist with renewing and quoting policies, processing endorsements, resolving billing issues, and promoting additional insurance and credit union products based on the client’s needs. This is a non-face-to-face role focused on phone and electronic communication. You’ll also support retention and cross-selling efforts, document interactions thoroughly in our systems, and contribute to projects and team initiatives as needed.

Education/ Certifications/ Licenses
A high school diploma and a valid state insurance license (preferred).
Experience
6 months to 2 years of customer service or insurance-related experience.

A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required to be an effective subject matter expert in the position. In-depth dialogues, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature is a normal part of the day-to-day experience.
