As an Intern in Finance & Venture Development, you will work directly with our CFO and gain insights into a variety of areas of a high-performance startup. This position offers you a rare opportunity to dive deep into operations while actively shaping the strategic direction of a fast-growing company.
You will collaborate with various teams and managers and be involved in critical projects that will lay the foundation for Genesis Cloud's future success.

• Location: Our office in Munich, Germany.

• Diverse insights and responsibilities: From accounting, market research and business development to the day-to-day challenges of a fast-growing start-up.
• Accounting & ERP: Support in accounting, especially in dealing with DATEV and our ERP system.
• Market Research & Benchmarking: Analyses of market trends and benchmarking of competitors to strengthen our strategic positioning.
• Expansion: Supporting the opening of new locations and the scaling of our business model.
• Business development: Support and co-design of business-critical processes and projects from conception to implementation.
• Process optimisation: Analysis and optimisation of our existing operational and strategic processes.
• Own responsibility: Managing your own projects with a high level of responsibility and a balanced mix of strategic planning and operational implementation.

• First internship experience in a startup, venture capital, investment banking, management consultancy or similar high-performance environment.
• Knowledge of balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in business, engineering or a similar field, with above average grades.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
• High level of personal responsibility and willingness to excel in a dynamic environment.
• Business fluent in German and English.
