SAP Financial Services Senior Consultant (Banking, Insurance, Risk, Architecture)

What to Expect

You will join a leading consulting environment focused on Financial Services transformation, with a strong emphasis on SAP-driven programmes across banking, insurance, and risk.

In this role, you will work on complex S/4HANA transformation projects, digital architecture topics, and regulatory-driven initiatives within the Financial Services sector.

You can expect high-impact projects with international clients, where you will contribute to both functional and technical solution design across end-to-end transformations.

Salary: €80,000 – €110,000 + bonus + comprehensive benefits

Your Responsibilities

• Advise clients within the Financial Services sector (banking and insurance) on SAP transformation initiatives
• Contribute to S/4HANA programmes with a focus on finance, risk, or architecture
• Analyse, design, and implement business and technical requirements
• Support the development of target architectures and transformation strategies
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and IT
• Take ownership of workstreams or specific project deliverables

Your Profile

You bring experience in SAP consulting, ideally within Financial Services (banking or insurance).

You have strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
• SAP Finance (e.g. FI, CO, S/4 Finance)
• SAP within banking or insurance environments
• Risk management or regulatory topics
• SAP architecture or integration concepts

Experience in S/4HANA transformation projects is highly beneficial.

You are structured, solution-oriented, and demonstrate a strong client-focused mindset.

Fluent German and strong English skills complete your profile.
