We are partnering with a global organization to appoint a Senior Benefits Specialist on ma contract basis.This is a hands-on role responsible for supporting U.S. benefits operations during a critical period, including open enrollment. Client Details The firm offers a collaborative, people-centric culture supported by a lean but highly effective HR function. The environment is professional yet pragmatic, with strong internal partnership across HR, Payroll, and leadership teams. Description Manage end-to-end administration of health & welfare plans and 401(k) Act as primary point of contact for employee benefits queries Oversee leave of absence (LOA) processes, including maternity and statutory leave programs (NY/NJ focus) Partner with HR Business Partners and managers on LOA administration Handle benefits billing and invoicing processes Support and deliver the annual open enrollment cycle Profile Proven experience in U.S. benefits administration within a corporate environment Strong knowledge of LOA programs, particularly NY and NJ family and sick leave regulations Experience managing open enrollment cycles Familiarity with PlanSource and/or working with benefits brokers (e.g., Mercer) is highly preferred Ability to operate independently in a lean team environment Job Offer Stable, well-structured environment: The business has a mature and well-managed benefits setup with minimal complexity, meaning you can focus on execution and delivery rather than firefighting or rebuilding processes.
