System Analyst
MADIFF PolskaWe are seeking a System Analyst with expertise in business process analysis, system documentation, and API integrations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather business requirements, design system workflows, and ensure effective implementation of solutions.
Analyze business and system processes, identifying areas for improvement.
Gather and document business and technical requirements for system changes.
Work closely with development teams to define system functionalities and integrations.
Design and document system interactions, including REST and SOAP API specifications.
Support the testing and validation of system modifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Assist in monitoring and improving system performance and security.
Requirements
At least three years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and system documentation tools.
Experience in API integration and working with REST and SOAP services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and integrations.
Previous exposure to payment systems or financial services
