Tax Sr Manager - JD - Hybrid or Contract

A small regional firm looking for a Tax Manager with their JD. A CPA would be nice but not required. This is not a posted position. They need to know corporate tax provisions and know how to navigate and review complex corporate and HNW tax returns and abnormalities while working with a sophisticated client base. They would like them to be hybrid out of Pittsburg, PA. The garden spot of America. But they but would consider a consulting position. Compensation is $160 to 225,000 plus bonus. Or, for the right person consider a consulting hourly position.
