Responsibilities:- Act as ”Division expert” in Trade Finance and pro-actively assist the Commercial Management organization in related contractual issues.
- Manage LCs, bank guarantees and other related documents such as issuing insurance policies and certificates of origin separately if needed.
- Update Accounts Receivables team with payment & booking advices.
- In cooperation with the organisation Credit Controller secure that customer agreements are in line with the credit policy.
- Credit risk assessment of customers and countries in cooperation with the Credit Controller.
- Liaise with Regional sales representative and organisation's factory on customer’s delivery arrangement.
- Customer invoicing of machine orders.
- Other order process system maintenance related to Trade Finance and invoicing, such as blocking and unblocking orders depending on e.g. advance payments and L/C status.
- Act as back up for Credit Controller in collection process.
Requirements:- Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge and experience in handling documentary credit such as Letter of Credit and Bankers’ Guarantee.
- Experience in communicating with banks on bank lines and Trade Finance issues.
